Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Revix ("Revix", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, and Roblox Studio plugin (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting the plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Revix is an AI assistant that helps you design, script, and build experiences in Roblox Studio. Features include syncing your project, chatting with the AI, generating and editing code, and optional beta tools for generating 3D models, animations, VFX, and images. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account, credentials, and session, and for the Roblox permissions you grant Revix (such as asset-upload access).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, and do not impersonate others or misrepresent your Roblox identity.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or misappropriate anyone's work or confidential information.
• Submit content you do not have the rights to share or process through third-party AI providers.
• Hack, probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Scrape, resell, or abuse our AI, APIs, or credits, or use automated means to access the Service beyond what we permit.
• Generate or distribute malicious code, malware, exploits, cheats, or content that harasses, defrauds, or harms others.
• Create content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by Roblox's rules or applicable law.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, moderation, or access controls.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The AI assistant can make mistakes. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your needs, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code, assets, and changes before relying on or publishing them.

To generate responses, your prompts and synced project content are sent to third-party AI model providers, some of which operate outside your country, including in China. By using the AI features you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not comfortable having processed by these providers. The AI does not provide professional, legal, or security advice.

• The Service uses credits and/or paid subscription plans, processed by Stripe. Prices and credit costs are shown in the Service and may change.
• Credits grant a limited license to use the AI compute they represent; they have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed as you use the Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments and credits are non-refundable, including for unused credits and partial periods.
• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due. You are responsible for any taxes.
• Promotions, rewards, and affiliate payouts are subject to additional terms and may be changed or withdrawn.

Revix is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards, and all applicable platform rules when using Revix, and with the terms of any third party you connect (such as Discord). Where you grant Revix permission to upload assets to your Roblox account, you are responsible for the assets created under your account.

You retain ownership of the project files, prompts, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content, and to share it with the AI and service providers described in our Privacy Policy, solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

As between you and us, you own the output the AI generates for you to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable AI providers' terms; you are solely responsible for how you use it.

The Service — including its software, plugin, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content) — is owned by Revix and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly allowed.

Features labelled beta or experimental (such as 3D model, animation, VFX, and image generation) are provided "as is", may be unstable, and may change or be removed at any time. They may have additional limits and are not guaranteed to work as described.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service and any AI output at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revix and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revixfrom any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including Roblox's rules).

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Effective" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in the State of Colorado, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
