Account and login
Revix uses Roblox OAuth as its only sign-in method — there's no separate password to forget. Most login problems come down to signing in with the wrong Roblox account, or browser state that's gotten stale.
Symptom: Roblox OAuth fails
You clicked Sign In, got redirected to Roblox, authorized — and then it errored out or looped back to the sign-in page.
Fix steps
- Clear cookies for `roblox.com` and `revix.tech` in your browser.
- Try sign-in again in a fresh tab.
- If it still fails, try a different browser (or an incognito window) to rule out an extension.
Symptom: I logged in but it's the wrong Roblox account
You signed up originally with one Roblox account, but your browser is logged into a different one — so Revix authorized the wrong user.
Fix steps
- Go to roblox.com and log out of the current account.
- Log in as the correct Roblox account.
- Come back to revix.tech and sign in again. It will now authorize the right user.
Warning: Studio also has to be signed into the same Roblox account, otherwise the plugin can't connect to your dashboard. See plugin won't connect.
Symptom: "User not found" or my data is missing
You may have signed up previously with a different Roblox account, and you're now signed in as a fresh one.
Fix steps
- Think back — have you used Revix before? Which Roblox account?
- Log out of Roblox, log in as that earlier account, and try Revix again.
- If you genuinely have two separate Revix accounts and want to merge them, email
support@revix.techwith both Roblox usernames.
Symptom: I want to revoke Revix's access to my Roblox account
You can fully disconnect Revix from your Roblox account from the Roblox side.
Fix steps
- Find the authorized apps section.
- Revoke Revix.
This will sign you out of revix.tech and disconnect the plugin. You can re-authorize at any time by signing back in.
