Managing Your Subscription
You manage your Revix subscription through the Stripe customer portal. All billing flows — payment methods, invoices, cancellation — go through Stripe.
Opening the customer portal
- Go to /store.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- You will be redirected into the Stripe-hosted customer portal.
From inside the portal you can:
- View and download invoices and receipts
- Update your payment method
- Switch between plans
- Cancel your subscription
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. You pay the difference between your current plan and the new one for the rest of the billing period, and your new credit allowance is granted right away.
For example, if you upgrade from Developer to Studio halfway through the month, you are charged a prorated amount for the remaining half and your monthly credits increase to 700 immediately.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. You keep your current plan's features and credit allowance until then. On renewal you switch to the lower plan and receive its credit allowance going forward.
Cancelling
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to your paid plan until that date. After it expires:
- You drop to the Free plan (12 credits weekly).
- Any purchased credit packs stay in your account and remain usable. They never expire.
To cancel, open the customer portal and click Cancel subscription. You can resume any time before the period ends.
Updating payment method
Open the customer portal and edit your saved payment method there. Revix never stores card details directly — all card data lives with Stripe.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over a few days and email you. If all retries fail, the subscription cancels and you drop to Free. Purchased credit packs are unaffected.
