Team Collaboration

Studio plan — This feature is available on the Studio plan only. See Plans Overview.

Bring your team into Revix. The Studio plan supports up to 10 members per workspace, with three role tiers controlling who can do what.

What you get

CapabilityDetail
**Team size**Up to 10 members per workspace
**Roles**`owner`, `admin`, `member`
**Billing**Single shared seat under the owner's plan
**Required plan**Studio

Roles

RolePermissions
**Owner**Full control. Manage billing, members, settings, personalities, and chat. Exactly one per workspace.
**Admin**Manage members (invite, remove, change roles for non-owners) and use the chat. Cannot change billing or transfer ownership.
**Member**Use the chat. Cannot manage members, billing, or settings.

There is always exactly one owner. To transfer ownership, the current owner promotes another member explicitly — admins cannot take ownership on their own.

Inviting members

  • Open the dashboard and go to Settings, then Team.
  • Click Invite member.
  • Enter the invitee's email address.
  • Choose their role (admin or member).
  • Send the invite.

The invitee receives an email with a sign-in link. Once they accept, they appear in the team list with the role you assigned.

Changing roles and removing members

In Settings then Team, click any member to:

  • Change their role (owner and admins only)
  • Remove them from the workspace (owner and admins only)
  • See when they last signed in

Members can leave the workspace themselves from the same screen.

Team size limits

The cap is 10 members total, including the owner. If you need more seats, contact support — but plan-level caps apply.

What admins can and can't do

Admins are powerful but not all-powerful. Concretely:

ActionAdmin can?
Invite new membersYes
Remove members (non-owner)Yes
Change a non-owner's roleYes
Use the chatYes
Change billing or planNo
Transfer or claim ownershipNo
Remove the ownerNo

This keeps the owner in control of the account while letting trusted admins handle day-to-day team management.

Troubleshooting

  • Invite didn't arrive: check the invitee's spam folder. Re-send from Settings then Team.
  • At 10 members but want to add one more: remove an inactive member first.
  • Lost owner access: contact support — only the current owner can transfer ownership voluntarily.
  • For per-user features that don't shared across the team (like chat history and personalities), see AI Personalities and Chat Basics.
