Working as a Team

After this page you will be able to invite people onto your Studio plan, understand exactly what they get, share credits with them, buy extra seats, and remove someone when they leave the project.

What the Studio plan includes

Team seats are part of the Studio plan.

If you are not on Studio, the seats page tells you so and links to the plans: "Team seats are part of the Studio plan. Upgrade to Studio to invite up to 2 people." See the store.

Where the team pages live

Two pages, both for the plan owner:

• [/dashboard/studio/seats](/dashboard/studio/seats) — invite, remove, and buy seats.
• [/dashboard/studio/credits](/dashboard/studio/credits) — buy credits at a discount and hand them out.

There is no button to these pages in the dashboard yet. Open them by address and bookmark them.

Inviting someone

   Open /dashboard/studio/seats. The counter at the top reads how many seats are used and how many are left.

   Type their Roblox username into the box and press Send invite.

   Send them the invite link. They open it, sign in with the Roblox account the invite was sent to, and press Accept seat.

An invite that is not accepted expires after 14 days. Until then it sits in the pending list, where you can Revoke it.

The invitee sees a page headed with your name and this promise: accepting gives them free developer-level access for as long as your Studio plan is active.

What a seat actually gets

A seat member gets developer-level access, free, while your Studio plan is active:

• Their own 25 credits a day, on the same daily refill as a Developer subscriber.
• The AI, the plugin, and the paid-plan features that come with Developer.
• Their own chats. They work in their own Roblox Studio, on their own places.
• A seat role in the Revix Discord.

A seat member does not get a seats page of their own — only the plan owner manages the team.

How credits work across a team

This is the part people get wrong, so read it carefully:

• Daily credits are per person. You get 75 a day, each seat member gets 25 a day. Nothing is pulled from a shared pot and nobody can drain anybody else's allowance.
• Unused daily credits do not roll over for anyone.
• Pooled credits are the way to top someone up. On /dashboard/studio/credits you buy credits at 15% off the normal shop price — minimum 50 at a time — and then distribute them to members.
• Credits you hand out survive the daily refill. They sit on top of that person's allowance until they are spent.

So the pattern is: everyone lives off their daily allowance, and you push pooled credits to whoever is doing the heavy building this week.

Buying more seats

Under Need more seats? on the seats page:

• $6.99 per seat per month, billed monthly and prorated.
• Use the − and + stepper to choose how many, then press the add button.
• Up to 20 seats in a single purchase. Buy again later if you need more — repeat purchases simply increase the number of seats you are paying for.

Your first purchase goes through checkout. After that, adding seats adjusts the same monthly add-on.

Removing someone

In the Members list, each person has a Remove button. Removing them ends their developer-level access and frees the seat up in the counter.

Two things to know before you rely on a seat:

• Seats end when Studio ends. If you cancel Studio, downgrade, or a payment fails and the plan lapses, the seats go with it — and the extra-seat add-on is cancelled alongside the plan.
• Seats are tied to a Roblox account. If someone changes which Roblox account they sign in with, invite the new one.

A practical setup for a small team

   Owner takes Studio and works from the 75 daily credits.

   Invite your two builders by Roblox username; they run on 25 a day each.

   Buy a batch of pooled credits at the start of a sprint and push them to whoever is on the biggest job.

   Add a $6.99 seat only when a fourth person actually needs one — a seat sitting idle still bills.
