Discord Rewards

The joining bonus never arrived, the server join was not detected, or your free daily reloads have paused — how to get each one working.

Quick checks

Open [rewards](/rewards) and look at the button on the Daily Reload + Bonus Credits card. Its label tells you exactly which step you are on.
Join with the same Discord account you linked. Two different Discord accounts is the single most common cause.
Stay in the server. Leaving after claiming pauses the free daily reload.
Press the button again after joining. It reads Check at that point — that is what looks you up.
Wait a minute and reload the page. Detection is not instant.

What the button is telling you

The join was not detected

The flow opens a short window — about ten minutes — during which joining the server is spotted and the bonus is granted automatically. If you joined outside that window, or in a different browser, nothing happens.

Go back to rewards.
If the button says Try again, click it. That opens a fresh window and sends you to the invite again.
Accept the invite (if you are already in the server, just open it).
Return to the rewards tab and click Check.

Two things to verify while you are there:

The Discord account you joined with is the one you linked. If you are signed into Discord in the browser as one account and on the desktop app as another, joining from the wrong one will never be seen.
You actually completed the join, including any membership screening or rules gate the server shows you. A pending member is not a member.

"Already redeemed"

The +5 bonus is one-time in two directions:

One Revix account can claim it once ever: "This Revix account already redeemed the Discord bonus."
One Discord account can claim it once ever: "This Discord account already redeemed credits on another Revix account."

So if you claimed it on an earlier Revix account with the same Discord login, you cannot claim it again on a new one. That is not a bug and support cannot re-issue it.

Re-linking Discord

If you changed Discord accounts, or the link looks wrong:

Open your profile and check the Discord row on the Account tab — it shows your handle and Connected, or Not connected.
If it is wrong or missing, click through to rewards and use the Connect button on the Discord card to authorise the correct account.
Once it shows connected, join the server with that same account.

If the connect step fails outright, turn off blockers for revix.tech and try again — the authorisation opens a Discord page and comes back, and blockers sometimes break the return trip.

My free daily credits stopped

On the free plan, Revix asks you to keep Discord linked and stay in the server. If reloads have stopped you may see:

Free daily reloads only run while your Discord is linked.

Reloads pause while you are out of the Revix server.

Fix it in the same place:

Open rewards.
Connect Discord if it is not connected.
Join (or rejoin) the server.
Reload the dashboard and check the credits pill in the header.

Paid plans, Studio seat members and partners reload regardless and never need this.

You can also claim from inside Discord itself. The bot's `/claim` command claims your daily free credit reload — it requires you to have the Revix server tag. The only other commands ordinary members use are `/leaderboard invites` and `/invites`.

Content rewards were not paid

The Content Rewards card on rewards pays 1 credit per 3 likes, with a 5-like minimum. Payouts are claimed by hand, not automatically, so nothing arrives until you submit.

The rules on the card, all of which must hold:

Put #revix in the title of the video.
Mention revix.tech in the video itself.
The video needs at least 5 likes.
It must be genuine content — the card has a quality and anti-abuse clause, and reused or engagement-farmed posts are rejected.

To claim: open a ticket in the Discord and drop your video link in it. That is the whole submission process. Include your Revix username so it can be matched to your account.
