Discord rewards
Joining the Revix Discord with your linked account gets you a one-time grant of 5 free credits. The flow is: visit /rewards, click Connect Discord, complete Discord OAuth, and the app auto-detects whether you're in the server. If something goes wrong, it's usually that the Discord account you linked isn't actually in the Revix server, or you linked the wrong Discord account.
Symptom: reward didn't trigger
You connected Discord but no credits arrived.
Fix steps
- Confirm you've joined the Revix Discord using the Discord account you just linked. Open Discord, check your server list — Revix should be there.
- If you joined with a different Discord account, see "wrong Discord account" below.
- Once you're sure the linked account is in the server, refresh `/rewards`. The page rechecks membership and grants the reward.
- Check the credit activity log — if the grant is recorded there but not in the header, just refresh the dashboard.
Tip: The 5-credit grant is one-time per account. You can't claim it twice by re-linking.
Symptom: Discord OAuth fails
The Connect Discord flow errored out or looped.
Fix steps
- Clear cookies for
discord.comandrevix.tech.
- Try the connect flow again in a fresh tab.
- If it still fails, try a different browser to rule out an extension.
Symptom: reward shows as claimed but I never got the credits
The activity log is the source of truth.
Fix steps
- Open the credit activity log.
- Look for the Discord reward grant.
- If it's there, the credits are on your account — refresh the dashboard header.
- If it's not there, email
support@revix.techwith your Roblox username and your Discord username.
Symptom: I linked the wrong Discord account
Fix steps
- Go to /profile and unlink Discord (if the unlink option is available).
- If unlink isn't available, email
support@revix.techand ask to have your Discord link cleared.
- Once unlinked, return to /rewards and connect the correct Discord account.
