Set Up Revix

By the end of this page you will have Revix connected to your own Roblox place and building things in it while you watch.

Revix is an AI that builds Roblox games inside Roblox Studio. You type what you want in your browser, and Revix creates the parts, screens and scripts in the place you have open on your computer — you can see every change appear in Studio as it happens.

Revix builds for Roblox only, and it works by making changes in your open Studio place. There is no cloud sandbox: Studio has to be open and connected for a build request to run.

The five steps

  1. Create your Revix account at revix.tech. You will confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms before the sign-up form appears.
  2. Finish onboarding. You pick a theme, tell us how you found Revix, see what is included, and get offered the 5-day Developer free trial. The last step is Connect with Roblox — do it here if you can. You can skip it, but you cannot build in Studio until your Roblox account is linked.
  3. Install the Studio plugin from the Roblox Creator Store: create.roblox.com/store/asset/122070500639295. The dashboard also has an Install From Marketplace button in its plugin guide. Full walkthrough: Install the Studio Plugin.
  4. Open Studio and connect. Open the place you want to build in, go to the Plugins tab, click the Revix button, and press Connect in the window that appears.
  5. Send your first message at revix.tech/dashboard. Step-by-step: Your First Build.

How to tell it worked

Two things should be true at the same time:

  • In Studio, the Revix window shows a green dot and the word Connected, plus your place name and script count.
  • In the dashboard toolbar, the connection pill shows a green dot and the name of your game instead of Not Connected.

If the pill still says Not Connected, trying to send a message opens the plugin connect guide instead of sending. Nothing is charged.

One thing that trips people up

The plugin does not ask you to log in. It reads the Roblox account you are already signed into inside Studio, and matches it to your Revix account.

So the Roblox account signed into Studio must be the same one you linked to Revix. If they are different, the plugin will never connect. You can check or change the link at Profile & Settings — the Account tab has a Roblox row.

What you can ask for

Once you are connected, you just type. Revix works out on its own whether you want something built in Studio, a picture, or a 3D mesh file — there is no mode to switch. While it decides, a small pill reads Deciding next move… above the composer.

If you want to be certain, start your message with a command:

Type thisYou get
/buildSomething made, edited or fixed in your game
/imageA thumbnail, game icon, gamepass icon or UI icon
/3dA 3D mesh file you can import

Everything without a command is treated as a build request unless it clearly asks for an image or a mesh.

Good first things to try

text
Build a small wooden market stall on the baseplate near the spawn: a counter, four posts, a striped awning, and a sign above it reading MARKET. Make it about 12 studs wide and anchor everything.
text
Generate a mountains map, 500 studs, with a snow line about two thirds of the way up.
text
Make a main menu with a Play button, a Shop button and a Settings button, and wire the buttons up.

More of these on the Prompt Library page.

If something is not working

  • The plugin will not connect, or Studio says Disconnected — see Install the Studio Plugin.
  • You are not sure what your machine needs — see What You Need.
  • Anything else — ask in the Revix Discord. Support runs through there, and it is the fastest way to get a real answer.
