Credits and billing
Revix runs on credits. Free accounts get 12 credits per week. Paid plans add monthly credits and priority queue access. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Everything else here covers the edges: missing top-ups, failed renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Symptom: I bought a top-up but my balance didn't change
Stripe webhooks usually grant credits within seconds, but occasionally the dashboard needs a refresh.
Fix steps
- Wait 1-2 minutes after checkout.
- Refresh the dashboard tab.
- Open the credit activity log — every grant is recorded there. If you see the grant in the log but not in the header, the header is just stale; refresh again.
- If the grant isn't in the log after 5 minutes, email
support@revix.techwith your Stripe receipt.
Symptom: my plan renewed but I didn't get monthly credits
Same fix path as above — refresh, then check the activity log.
Fix steps
- Refresh the dashboard.
- Open the credit activity log.
- If the renewal grant is missing, check the Stripe Customer Portal (link via Manage Subscription in /store) — make sure the latest invoice actually went through.
- If the invoice failed, see "failed renewal" below.
Symptom: renewal failed (card declined)
Fix steps
- Click Manage Subscription in /store to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Update your payment method.
- Stripe will automatically retry the failed invoice.
Symptom: I cancelled but I'm still seeing my plan
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access (and monthly credits) until then.
Fix steps
- Confirm cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal — it will show the period end date.
- Your account drops to Free automatically when that date passes.
Tip: Credit packs are separate from subscriptions and aren't affected by cancellation — they remain in your account permanently.
Symptom: I need a refund
Fix steps
- Email
support@revix.techwith your Stripe receipt and the reason. Refund decisions are case-by-case.
